Dr. Kimura-Hara Aims to Kick-Start Her Group with the Eyes High Doctoral Recruitment Fellowship

In some exciting research funding and student recruitment news, Dr. Kimura-Hara has received the Eyes High Doctoral Recruitment Fellowship, which she will use to bring on a new PhD student.

Update: A huge welcome to Alejandro Ortega who has joined the group as part of the fellowship. Alejandro joins us from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!), and this award will fund four years of his graduate studies starting in 2017.
